  • How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the address your order is being shipped to. We offer a premium white glove home delivery. This means that your order will be delivered to your home, taken to the desired room, unpacked, and all packaging materials will be discarded. We do not offer assembly.  


  • How long until my order ships/arrives?

Your order will generally arrive between 14-28 business days. Shipping time ultimately depends on your location. We are unable to upgrade the shipping speed.


  • How do I check my order's status?

When your order ships we will email you a link where you can track the progress of your order. Our shipping company will also reach out to you and contact you by phone.


  • Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently do not ship any of our products internationally.


  • Where do you ship to?

We currently ship everywhere within the contiguous 48 United States. This excludes Hawaii and Alaska.


  • Do you ship to PO Box addresses?

No, we do not ship to PO Box addresses.


  • How do I order replacement parts?

For any replacement parts, please contact our customer service. We will send the parts out to you free of charge.


  • Do you sell touch up paint?

If you need touch up paint, please reach out to our customer service. We will send you out the touch up paint that is specific to your owned collection free of charge.


  • What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. This includes VISA, American Express, Discover, and MasterCard.


  • What height should I set my crib's mattress support at?

The mattress should be set at the highest level while your child is still a newborn and is unable to roll over or sit up. This makes it easier for you reach into the crib and grab your infant. As your child grows and learns to pull themselves up, lower the mattress height. When your child begins to climb, convert the crib into a toddler bed.


  • What materials are your cribs made of?

Our cribs are made with popular and pine wood that is harvested from eco-friendly renewable forests.


  • What finishes/paints do you use?

We use all baby-safe, lead-free, and non-toxic finishes/paints on all of our cribs and furniture pieces.


  • Are your cribs JPMA certified?

Yes, all of our cribs are JPMA and ASTM certified. This means we meet or exceed all requirements and standards, including the voluntary ASTM standards.


  • What do I need to convert my crib into a full-size bed?

All you need to convert your crib into a full-size bed is our conversion kit! The conversion kit is included when you purchase a collection bundle from our site.


  • Is there a warranty?

Yes, we offer a one year manufacturer’s limited warranty on all of our products.
